This year, The North Pole Adventure is getting some magical new enhancements!
At Adventure Farm, we’re always striving to make our Christmas experience as enchanting and memorable as possible. Many of this year’s improvements have been inspired directly by your feedback, helping us create an even more magical experience for every family who visits.
Double the Personalised Magic!
We’re thrilled to announce our most exciting new addition: alongside our much-loved personalised talking polar bear experience, every child will now also enjoy a personalised Father Christmas experience. That’s twice the magic and twice the unforgettable memories!
A More Intimate, High-Quality Experience
We’ve listened carefully to your comments and have made some important changes to enhance the overall experience. Group sizes will be smaller, creating a more intimate and immersive adventure for every family.
We’ve also streamlined the journey, reducing the overall length of the North Pole Adventure itself. Many guests told us that by the end of their visit there was almost too much Christmas magic to take in! Instead, we’re focusing on making every moment even more special, with improvements and enhancements throughout the experience.
For example, our much-loved Victorian Village will be receiving a magical makeover and expansion, with even more festive charm to discover.
More Festive Fun Across the Whole Farm
The North Pole Adventure will now last just over an hour, but don’t worry—there’s even more Christmas fun waiting for you throughout the day!
We’re introducing a brand-new 20-minute interactive Christmas show, running regularly throughout the day on the Main Farm Show stage. Plus, little ones can get creative in our new Christmas Craft Area, hosted by Santa’s very own elves in our festive courtyard.
By spreading the festive activities across the farm, you’ll be able to enjoy a full day of Christmas magic at your own pace, rather than fitting everything into one experience.

Please arrive at the Adventure Farm at least 30 minutes before your North Pole Adventure session start time. We will NOT be able to re-accommodate you if you are late.
You will stay with your allocated time slot group throughout the experience. Different timeslots will not be able to experience the North Pole Adventure together.
We will ask you for information about your child to personalise their experience during the booking process, and this is for the interactive polar bear show and you Father Christmas experience. This information will not be shared with any other company. If you do not currently know the answers, you can fill in as N/A and call us to confirm the answers closer to the time (MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO VISIT)
You will collect your personalised North Pole Adventure tickets upon arrival.
Sorry, no pushchairs in the North Pole Adventure. A buggy park is stationed at the entry to the experience.
For Health and Safety reasons there is a maximum of 2 standard-sized wheelchairs per session. Sorry, no mobility scooters or large electric wheelchairs due to standard doorway sizes.
Please note, a £2.50 booking fee per transaction will be added on at checkout.
