Why do I need to book online?

Booking online means we can effectively manage site capacity.

Do I need to book an under 2 or carer ticket if they are free?

Yes, we can only allow people on site who have a booked online ticket.

How many people can you let in the Adventure Farm?

Despite the lifting of restrictions on 19 July, we continue to operate at a limited capacity to allow our visitors to socially distance.

What areas will be open?

All areas of the Farm are open but you must book a soft play session. Despite the lifting of restrictions on 17 July, we are still operating a limited capacity in our soft play and have enhanced cleaning procedures.

Will the Softplay be open?

You will be able to book 1 hour Soft Play session. Despite the lifting of restrictions on 17 July, we are still operating a limited capacity in our soft play and have enhanced cleaning procedures.

What food and drink outlets will you have open?

Crumpet’s Chippy in the courtyard, Crumpet’s Grill and Crumpet’s Ice Cream Parlour. Scarecrow Joe’s Restaurant will be offering drinks and light snacks for the soft play users only.

Will you make people wear face masks?

Until 19 July face masks are mandatory inside. Please wear a mask in the entrance, toilets and Animal Barn (11+ years). From 19 July please wear a mask indoors for the safety of our visitors and staff.
