Why are you selling AM and PM sessions?
To be able to effectively manage site capacity and our enhanced cleaning procedures, we will have 2 4-hour sessions running each day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The site will be closed between sessions and we will be cleaning the site ready for the afternoon visitors.
Can I visit for a full day?
If you would like to visit for a full day, you can buy morning and afternoon tickets but you will be required to leave the site between sessions when we are cleaning the site.
Why do I need to book online?
Booking online means we can effectively manage site capacity. We will have 2 4-hour sessions running each day, a morning session and an afternoons session.
Do I need to book online if I am a member?
Do I need to book an under 2 or carer ticket if they are free?
Yes, we can only allow people on site who have a booked online ticket.
How many people can you let in the Adventure Farm?
We will have limited capacity across our 2 4-hour sessions.
What areas will be open?
Outdoor Play Area, Animal Barn, Animal Paddocks, Maze, Tractor and Trailer Ride, Barrel Stampede Ride, Toilets (indoor and outdoor), Crumpet’s Chippy, Grill and Ice Cream Parlour

Will the Maize Maze be open
Our 2020 maize maze is now closed.
Will the Softplay be open?
No for safety reasons, the softplay barn will remain closed.
What food and drink outlets will you have open?
Crumpet’s Chippy in the courtyard, Crumpet’s Grill and Crumpet’s Ice Cream Parlour. Scarecrow Joe’s Restaurant will be closed. For menus, please click here.
Will you make people wear face masks?
Face masks are mandatory in the animal barn for everyone aged 11+. Masks are not required elsewhere on site.
Will you be doing temperature checks?
No, but if you have a temperature or have any of the symtoms of COVID-19, DO NOT visit the farm.
Will your toilets be open?
Yes, both our indoor and outdoor toilets will be open. We will be implementing an enhance cleaning procedure and ask that you adhere to social distancing guidelines whilst queuing and inside the toilets.
