When you visit the Farm, some things will be different but we are working hard to give you a fun and safe day out. Staying safe is everyone’s responsibility so please help us out. Please take a look at the important information below. If you have any questions, see our FAQs.
We are Visit Britain ‘We’re Good to Go’ Certificated!
‘We’re Good To Go’ is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
Don’t visit if you have any of the symptoms of COVID-19. Visit nhs.uk to find out more.
Stay at least 2m apart from anyone not in your household group or group of 6. Take care in the car park, entrance and across the Farm.
Please adhere to the latest Government guidelines on group sizes and social contact.
We have a team dedicated to cleaning the site.
We have hand wash stations and sanitiser stations across the farm.
Face masks are mandatory in all indoor areas, including our entrance, Soft Play, toilets and animal barn, for everyone aged 11+.
Please do not visit without a pre-booked online ticket.
We will have a limited number of tickets available each day and we are running 2 4-hour sessions per day (until 23 May 2021) or staggered all day entry (from 29 May 2021) .
The soft play area is open from 26 June. Session booking is required. Scarecrow Joe’s Restaurant (serving only drinks and snacks) will only be available for soft play users. You can still get delicious food & drink from Crumpet’s Chippy, Grill and Ice Cream Parlour.
