How do I become a Member?
The new Membership programme is online only. You can join at the Adventure Farm on the laptops in reception or at home via Should you need assistance completing your Membership forms, our staff will be pleased to help. If you would like to pay monthly you will need your bank account details.

How do I get my Membership Card?
Once you have joined online, either at home or at the Farm, please have your photograph taken for your Membership card at the front entrance. Your Card will be then be produced and you will be given a Membership pack.

Can I upgrade to Membership on the day of my visit?
If you have paid the visit the Farm and then want to become a Member on the same day we will give you the value of you day visit in Scarecrow Joe Restaurant Voucher.

Why do you have Gold and Silver Memberships?
We realise that different visitors want different benefits from their Memberships. For all the added benefits of Gold Membership the monthly cost is only 83p more per month per Member than Silver.

I’m a current Member what happens to my Membership?
All current Members will automatically become Silver Members. When you renew your Membership, you will be asked to join the online scheme.

I am a current Member, do I qualify for the Lifetime Price Guarantee?
As a current Member you will automatically become a Silver Member. Only Gold Members qualify for the Price Guarantee. You can upgrade to Gold Membership if you wish.

I’m a Member on the old system, how do I upgrade to Gold Membership?
Current Members can upgrade to Gold by joining the new online scheme via annual payment only. The cost difference between Silver and Gold will be calculated based on the number of whole months left on your Membership. You will be given a one off discount code that will reduce the total cost. Upgrading to Gold will also mean you benefit from the Price Guarantee.

I’m a Silver Member on the new system, how do I update to Gold Membership?
Currently it is not possible for you to upgrade to Gold Membership until your current Membership has expired.

Do I still get a £5.00 restaurant voucher for renewing my Membership?

We no longer offer the £5 voucher. Instead we have the Lifetime Price Guarantee where the price you pay for does not increase if you renew your Membership.

Why have you put the prices up?
We believe we have created attractive Membership packages with improved benefits. The key benefit is the ability to pay monthly by Direct Debit to spread the cost (just £6.25 per month for a Gold Membership). The Gold package also includes these benefits:

  • Free pass – worth up to £11.95
  • Free Birthday Child – worth up to £16.00
  • Discount on Christmas Wonderland – 50%
  • 10% off Food and Drink

Why do I have to pay for the Christmas event?
We have a new and improved Christmas event for 2017. Christmas Wonderland will be a magical 2 hour experience where families travel to the North Pole to meet Santa. Along the way will be interactive shows and festive activities.  If they wish, visitors and Members can still come to the Adventure Farm without experiencing the Christmas Wonderland.

What is the Price Guarantee?
We won’t put your Membership price up for as long as you continue your Membership. To ensure this if you pay annually, please renew before your 12 months are up. If you pay via Direct Debit you don’t need to do anything, your payments will continue until you decide to end your Membership.

Why do I have to pay for 2 months upfront on Direct Debit?
We ask that you pay 2 months upfront as a guarantee of your Membership. Subsequent payments will be taken from month 2 to 11. Direct Debit payments will continue to be taken after month 12 should you wish to continue your Membership.

How long is a Membership for?
A Membership is for a minimum of 12 months. If you are paying monthly via Direct Debit, your payments will continue after 12 months until you end your Membership.

What happens if I miss a monthly payment?
We will attempt to take the payment from you 3 times. Should the payment not be made we will contact you to collect payment. If this is not possible, we will unfortunately have to end your Membership. If your Membership is cancelled, should you wish to re-join as a Member, you will not be permitted to join the Direct Debit scheme.

What happens if I cancel my Direct Debit before the initial 12 months?
Any Member cancelling their payment within the first 12 months will be expected to pay the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to recover any outstanding payment via court proceedings. Should you wish to re-join as a Member, you will not be permitted to join the Direct Debit scheme.

How old do I have to be to get a Senior Citizen Membership?
60 -We may ask for proof (60 is the new 40 after all!)

What documentation is needed to prove disability and to have a free carer?
When you have your photo taken for your Membership card, please bring with you one of the following:

  • Valid Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter
  • Valid Personal Independence payment award letter
  • A current valid Blue Badge
  • A valid letter from your GP stating the need for a carer dated within the last 6 months.

I want to pay in cash no online, can I still join?
Yes you can still join. You need to pay the full amount at the farm’s front entrance. You will then be given an offer code to the value of the Memberships you are purchasing that you can use when applying online.

What if I have already got a Membership Gift Voucher?
Unless you gift voucher has a Gold sticker on it, the voucher will be exchanged for Silver Membership.
