Terms and conditions
By being a Summer Multi-Pass ticket holder you agree to the below Terms and Conditions:

1. The Summer Multi-Pass permits 5 visits to the National Forest Adventure Farm per pass holder between 16 July and 5 September 2022 subject to availability. Visits using the Summer Multi-Pass cannot be extended past 5th September 2022.
2. Unused tickets will not be refunded or extended
3. Each Summer Multi-Pass is for a named individual and is non-transferable.
4. Summer Multi-Pass tickets can only be purchased by an individual aged 18 years or older. An adult can purchase a Summer Multi-Pass ticket for an individual under the age of 18 years. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst at the Adventure Farm.
5. A Summer Multi-Pass ticket will be cancelled should it have been purchased by illegal means.
6. Collection of Summer Multi-pass ticket holder personal information is required including: name, address, telephone number, email, date of birth. The National Forest Adventure Farm will not share any information with companies not engaged with the management of the Adventure Farm.
7. Site capacity allowing, a Summer Multi-Pass ticket grants 5 entrances on separate dates per ticket holder during normal business hours. The Summer Multi-Pass does not include paid for activities including but not limited to mini quad bikes.
8. Management reserves the right to refuse entry and withdraw the Summer Multi-Pass tickets at any time from any ticket holder whose behaviour is deemed to be inappropriate. No part or full refund or compensation payment will be made.
9. Summer Multi-Pass ticket holders with a disability are entitled to be accompanied by one free carer. Visitors entitled to one free adult carer must present one of the following when entering the Adventure Farm: (1) Valid Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (2) Valid Personal Independence payment award letter (3) A current valid Blue Badge (4) A valid letter from your GP stating the need for a carer dated within the last 6 months.
10. No dogs allowed on the Farm except assistance dogs.
11. The Farm reserves the right to vary the opening and closing times and dates of the Farm and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of attractions, events or facilities for any reason. No part or full refund or compensation payment will be made should any of the Farm attractions become unavailable.
