This year we’ve teamed up with famous digger manufacturer, JCB, for our 12th annual maize maze!
Opening on 11th July and running until 6th September, the 10 acre maze will feature an intricate design of a huge JCB digger and include three miles of pathways, viewing towers and bridges to navigate. You can also take part in the maze trail to collect the parts needed to build a JCB. For smaller feet there will be a shorter mini maze in the shape of the JCB logo.
As well as tackling the maze, children can have fun in the JCB Construction Zone activity tent. You can try your hand at bricklaying using real bricks and mortar and smaller children can enjoy sand play with JCB toys.
We’re thrilled to be working with JCB to celebrate their proud history. They create iconic machines right here in Staffordshire so we couldn’t resist the opportunity to create a maize masterpiece for everyone to enjoy this summer. It will be one of our most breathtaking designs yet and we’re sure that digger fans of all ages will be keen to come and crack it.
A JCB spokesperson said “JCB has grown into one of the world’s biggest construction equipment manufacturers and our roots are firmly in Staffordshire. We look forward to watching this living celebration of one of our most famous products take shape at the National Forest Adventure Farm.”
